For daily cleaning, gently wipe with a soft brush or dry cloth. If dust accumulates, plastic models can be rinsed directly with clean water (water temperature not exceeding 40°C). Silk/PU models are recommended to be wiped with a damp cloth and clean water. Avoid using detergents (which may damage the color). Outdoor models should be rinsed with clean water once a month to maintain their color.
Q: Is the material durable? Will it fade, shed, or deform easily?
Under normal indoor use, it will retain its color for 3-5 years. The leaves are reinforced (e.g., hot melt glue + double stitching), making them less likely to shed or deform. Avoiding long-term direct sunlight (especially for indoor models) and rough handling will extend their lifespan.
Q: How similar are the product images to the actual product? Will there be color difference?
All images are taken of the actual product and are not overly retouched. However, due to shooting lighting and monitor color variations, there may be slight color differences of ±5%, which is normal.
